Grand Geneva Resort
Resort Overview
Near historic Lake Geneva in northern Wisconsin, Grand Geneva Resort is one of five AAA Four-Diamond resorts in Wisconsin. It is replete with The Mountain Top for skiing and snowboarding; Mount Mountain Falls, an indoor and outdoor water park; WELL Spa + Salon; a climbing wall in the fitness center; indoor and outdoor tennis courts and pools; and horseback riding and hay or sleigh rides, depending on the season. The resort has 355 guest rooms and various sizes of suites, some with TVs embedded in the bathroom mirrors, all with patios or balconies.
Dining options include Geneva Chophouse, Ristorante Brissago or the Grand Cafe.
The Grand Geneva Resort's two golf courses, The Brute and The Highlands, frequent the top of the "best course" lists from Conde Nast Traveler, Zagat, Golf Magazine and Golf Digest. The Highlands course is sprinkled with celebrity. Designed by Jack Nicklaus and Pete Dye, it was rebuilt in 1996 by Bob Cupp and updated in 2006 by Bob Lohmann. The resort is less than a hour from Milwaukee and about 90 minutes from Chicago.
