Accommodations range from 198 lodge rooms and 10 lakeside cottages to several campsites. The resort, which opened in 2002, is perched on the shore of Stonewall Jackson Lake where one can rent pontoon or fishing boats or tie up at the marina. You can explore the 82 miles of lake shoreline aboard Little Sorrell, named after Stonewall Jackson's horse. Dine at either Stillwaters overlooking the lake and the rolling hills of West Virginia, Lightburn's at the Arnold Palmer course or T.J. Muskies for more casual fare that overlooks the pool and patio.
