Chateau Elan

Although Chateau Elan is only 20 minutes north of Atlanta, guests will feel as though they have taken a European vacation. The resort is home to not only a full production winery and championship golf course, but also a luxurious European health spa. The European-influenced architecture in combination with 200 acres of vineyards with a backdrop of the north Georgia foothills creates a unique blend of French provincial charm and Southern hospitality. There are scenic walking and hiking trails throughout the 3,500 acre property and guests can also explore the grounds on bikes. The resort features two public 18-hole courses as well as a 9-hole, par-3 course. Chateau Elan guests are also welcome to play the private 18-hole course at The Legends. If you're not a golfer, there are seven tennis courts, four of which are lighted for evening play, and two heated outdoor pools available. There are seven unique restaurants at Chateau Elan that offer everything from Mediterranean to classic French. The resort's winery also offers wine tours and tastings.
