Georgia's Callaway Gardens resort reborn amid green real estate development
Callaway Gardens golf community in Georgia has chosen Cousins Properties, the Atlanta mega-development firm, to help rebuild the resort into a major tourist destination in the Southeast. Golf will play a role in the makeover, of course, but real estate will be pivotal, as four new neighborhoods are being built here.
